Returns
Products sold by Ashely House are covered by our 25-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 25-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below.
All returns covered under our 25-day return period are subject to the following:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Ashley House must accompany all returns.

RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 25 days from the date the product was shipped. After 25 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.

All RMA numbers are valid for 5 days from the date of issuance.

All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.

Ashely House will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.

15% restocking fee applies to all credits.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for all credits.

After 25 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see the products' individual pages for additional details on warranty coverage.

Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 15 days from the date item is shipped.

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
- Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.

Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

- USPS Parcel Post - 4 to 7 business days + 1 to 3 business days to process the order.

- USPS Express Mail - 1 to 2 business days + 1 to 3 business days to process the order.
